Privacy Policy
1. Website and inquiry form
What we collect. When you send us an inquiry through fthenterprise.com we receive what you type into the form: your name, email address, business name, phone number (optional), industry (optional), the services you are interested in, your message, and, if you used the savings calculator, the numbers you entered. To protect the form from abuse we also record the IP address and browser type of the device that submitted it.
Why we collect it. To reply to you, to understand what you need, to prepare a proposal, and to keep a record of our conversation while we work together. That is the only purpose. We do not build marketing lists from inquiries and we do not send newsletters.
Where it is kept. Inquiries are stored in our ticket system, hosted on Cloudflare (database and file storage encrypted at rest) and reachable only by FTH Enterprise staff who sign in with a company account. Notification and confirmation emails are delivered through Resend. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process your IP address and browser signals to tell people from bots.
Who sees it. FTH Enterprise staff. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Service providers named above process data only to provide their service to us.
How long. Inquiries are kept as business records for as long as we work with you and for a reasonable period afterwards. Our ticket system keeps a complete history of each inquiry for accountability; records that are no longer needed are archived rather than edited.
Cookies. The public website sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Cloudflare may set a security cookie to protect the site, and staff signing in to the admin console receive a session cookie from Cloudflare Access.
2. SMS Privacy Policy
This messaging program sends operational notifications (system alerts, confirmation prompts and status updates from our own applications) to the mobile phones of FTH Enterprise team members and account holders who have opted in by texting the number first. It is used for our own operations and for testing our systems integration; customers are not messaged through this program.
Mobile phone numbers and consent information collected for this program will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Message frequency varies by activity. Message and data rates may apply.

3. Your choices
- You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to stop using it, by emailing [email protected].
- You can stop SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.
- You are never required to give us information: the inquiry form is optional and you can always reach us by email instead.
